What Drives Us
At ACP Foundation, we believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. The aerospace industry faces a critical workforce shortage, with hundreds of thousands of positions projected over the next decade. At the same time, countless young people from socioeconomically disadvantaged communities possess the creativity, determination, and potential to fill these roles—if given the chance.
We bridge this gap by providing hands-on training, industry connections, and mentorship that transform curiosity into careers. Our programs are designed not just to teach technical skills, but to build confidence, foster leadership, and open doors that might otherwise remain closed.
